Carrots have got very many minerals ranging from potassium,copper and manganese. They have got very many vitamins ranging from vitamin A, vitamin C, B6, vitamin K and many more. They help in improved eye sight or vision.
Carrots appear in many colours where some are red,yellow,purple and white. The preparation is that easy because they can be eaten raw,cooked or juiced. For juiced carrots, wash your carrots with clean water and cut them into small pieces. Put them into blender and add some water and mix thoroughly. After you can sieve and collect the juice or you can still take it with it’s bits. You can add little sugar or honey or any other fruit like mango,orange etc…for a more desired taste.
