1.Green pepper;

Green pepper is an antioxidant, various carotenoids in it are so good for the general functioning of the body. It helps improve eyesight. Green pepper helps in reducing the risks of several chronic diseases. 2.Tomatoes;

Prepared by cutting some lime and squeezing the lime juice into boiled and cooled water and drink. Basically it should be purified water to help you prepare Lime Juice. You can mix it with any other drink of your choice like pineapple, mango, etc…

9.Beetroot;
